Digital Submission for Athletic Eligibility Paperwork 2026-27: Submissions cannot begin until June 1st, 2026

Parents/athletes can begin to complete the Athletic Clearance process for the 2026-27 school year starting June 1, 2026.  This digital platform is how West Shore Student Athletes become eligible to participate in sports by having parents/athletes complete the eligibility forms digitally.  In order to complete this process, all student athletes need to be registered with AthleticClearance.com, and all paperwork must be completed electronically and/or uploaded in order to participate in athletics at West Shore.  All forms will be completed digitally, except for the EL2 - Physical, EL1 - ECG, and GA4 (for new to WS 8th, 10th, 11th, and 12th grade students) forms, which will need to be printed, completed, scanned and uploaded to the Athletic Clearance Platform.  For instructions to complete this process, please click here: instructions

Forms needed to complete the Athletic Clearance Process:

1. EL1 -  ECG Screening form - required form for 2026-27. *See below

2. EL2 - Physical form.

* EL1 must be completed once in MS before participating in sports and once again after entering 9th grade prior to participating. The old BPS ECG form is no longer accepted. For those returning student athletes that have submitted a BPS ECG form in the past, you will complete Section A on the EL1 form and attach either last year's BPS ECG form if it was performed by a doctor, or attach the email results if completed by Who We Play For.

Forms needed only for special circumstances:

1. EL1/2s - Is for use when a follow-up is required for either the EL1 or the EL2.

2. ME1 -  For use by Medical doctors to exempt a student athlete from the ECG requirement.

3. GA4 - For students new to West Shore in 2026-27 in grades 8, 10, 11, and 12.
